Engine performance monitoring
Analyze parameters incl. cylinder lube consumption, SFOC, speed, freshwater hygiene/chemistry, lube analysis, scavenge inspection, sludge collection; generate report.

Chain gears, tightening inspection and rectification
The chain gear and the tightness of the chain is inspected and rectified as necessary to ensure optimum performance.

Insitu inspection and causative analysis
Through scavenge space—check piston rings, crown, skirt, wear band, rod, liner, scavenge ports; prioritize units. Inspect cam/followers via doors; inspect crank webs for stress cracks.

Unit decarb
Maker-format calibration readings plus specific photos; very quick turnaround while maintaining best standards/least downtime.

Liner renewal
Calibrate new liners internally/externally; note configuration variations (quills, O-ring grooves, collar position) to avoid wrong supply/immobilization.

Fuel pump overhaul & renewal
Perform with accurate precision; avoid rack-position changes via marking/proficiency; adjust to operational parameters as required.

CSM survey
Assist ship staff; submit for Surveyor inspection to reduce load during short port stays/operations.

DPT & contact tests
Lap exhaust valves/seats; Prussian blue tests; routine DPT during decarb with recommendations.

Bearings renewal
